- Develop and implement a comprehensive SEM acquisition strategy to drive customer acquisition and increase ROI.
- Oversee and manage all paid search campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and ad copy optimization.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of SEM strategies with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously optimize and innovate our SEM efforts.
- Manage and allocate budget effectively to maximize ROI and meet business goals.
- Conduct competitive analysis and make recommendations for improvement based on insights.
- Lead and develop a team of SEM specialists, providing guidance and mentorship to achieve team and individual goals.
- Work closely with external partners and agencies to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and deliverables.
- Identify and test new opportunities for growth and expansion within the SEM channel.
- Collaborate with analytics team to track and measure key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership on the performance of SEM campaigns and strategies.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues or roadblocks in campaign performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations in SEM campaigns.
- Represent Macy's as a thought leader and subject matter expert in SEM at industry events and conferences.
Extensive Experience In Sem Acquisition Marketing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Managing Sem Campaigns, With A Proven Track Record Of Driving Successful Acquisition Campaigns.
Strong Analytical And Strategic Skills: The Director Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills And Be Able To Develop And Implement Data-Driven Strategies To Optimize Sem Campaigns And Drive Acquisition Goals.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Sem Platforms And Tools: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Various Sem Platforms And Tools, Such As Google Ads, Bing Ads, And Google Analytics, And Be Able To Utilize Them Effectively To Achieve Desired Results.
Team Management And Leadership Skills: The Director Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Sem Specialists, Providing Guidance, Feedback, And Coaching To Drive Performance And Achieve Objectives.
