Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Marketing Strategy, Preferably In The Beauty Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Marketing Strategies For Beauty Products.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, Including Setting Goals, Providing Direction, And Evaluating Performance.
