
Customer Analytics Specialist
Macy's is looking for an experienced and passionate Customer Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging customer data to identify insights and support business strategies. If you are an analytical thinker with strong data analysis and communication skills, this could be the perfect role for you!To be successful in this role, you should have an understanding of customer analytics and be comfortable working with large datasets. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, economics, or finance. Additionally, you should have experience with data mining, SQL, and Tableau or other data visualization tools. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are also key to this position.
Responsibilities: • Leverage customer data to identify insights and support business strategies. • Utilize data mining, SQL, and Tableau or other data visualization tools. • Develop and maintain customer analytics models and predictive systems. • Analyze customer data and create reports to present to stakeholders. • Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions to optimize the customer experience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other departments to ensure successful implementation of customer analytics initiatives. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer analytics.
