The ideal candidate will have a creative eye and experience working with balloons of all shapes and sizes. Responsibilities: • Design and create unique and eye-catching balloon displays for Macy's stores • Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Ensure excellent attention to detail in all balloon displays • Follow instructions and work with minimal supervision • Maintain strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task • Provide friendly and outgoing customer service to Macy's customers • Keep up to date on trends in balloon fabrication to create innovative displays • Assist with the setup and breakdown of balloon displays • Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the fabrication process
