As an Associate Planner, you will play a crucial role in merchandise planning and allocation for our backstage department.   • Collaborate with buying team to develop and execute merchandise plans for the backstage department
  • Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment or markdowns
  • Analyze sales data and identify trends to inform future buying and planning decisions
  • Assist in setting pricing and promotional strategies for merchandise
  • Communicate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of merchandise
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper merchandise placement and visual presentation
  • Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate merchandise flow and allocation to stores
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as sales, inventory turn, and sell-through rates
  • Support in creating and maintaining merchandise assortment plans
  • Contribute to the development of seasonal merchandise budgets and forecasts
  • Stay updated on current fashion trends and market competitors to inform buying and planning decisions
  • Participate in team meetings and provide insights and recommendations for improving merchandise planning processes.

Job Qualifications
