  1. Assist with inventory management for backstage merchandise, including tracking and monitoring stock levels and identifying potential stock shortages or excess.
  2. Analyze sales data and create reports to identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations for improvements in sales and profitability.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including buying and merchandising, to ensure inventory levels meet sales demands and support the overall business strategy.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all backstage merchandise, including purchase orders, receipts, and transfers.
  5. Monitor and track product performance to ensure timely and accurate delivery of merchandise to stores.
  6. Assist in the development and execution of merchandise strategies to achieve sales and profit goals.
  7. Conduct competitive market analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.
  8. Communicate and collaborate with vendors on product availability, delivery, and any potential issues.
  9. Support the planning team in creating and maintaining merchandise plans, including markdowns and promotions.
  10. Attend and actively participate in merchandise planning meetings, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  11. Work closely with the visual merchandising team to ensure all backstage merchandise is properly displayed and promoted in-store.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to inform decision-making and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  13. Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding inventory management, pricing, and promotions.
