Assistant Designer - Home

1. Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement creative concepts for the Home department.

4. Research and source materials, colors, and finishes for new product development.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, sourcing, and production to ensure design concepts are successfully executed.
6. Support the design team in the development of product specifications and technical drawings.
7. Attend design meetings and provide input and feedback on product designs.
8. Manage and maintain design samples and materials library.
9. Assist in the coordination of photo shoots and provide support for visual merchandising initiatives.
10. Conduct market and competitive research to identify new trends and opportunities for the Home department.
11. Collaborate with vendors and manufacturers to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
12. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all design-related tasks.
13. Handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, prioritizing accordingly.
14. Uphold the brand aesthetic and design standards throughout all product development processes.
15. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude in all interactions and represent the company's values and brand image.
