1. Monitor and patrol the store premises to prevent and detect any suspicious or criminal activity.
2. Respond promptly and effectively to any security or safety incidents, including but not limited to theft, accidents, and medical emergencies.
3. Conduct thorough investigations of any security incidents and provide detailed reports to the store management.
4. Collaborate with store management and other team members to develop and implement effective security procedures.
5. Utilize CCTV and other surveillance equipment to monitor store activity and identify potential security threats.
6. Identify and apprehend individuals suspected of committing theft or other criminal activities.
7. Conduct regular audits and checks to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Train and educate team members on security protocols and procedures to promote a safe and secure work environment.
9. Monitor and control access to the store, including after hours, to prevent unauthorized entry.
10. Communicate any security concerns or issues to the store management in a timely and efficient manner.
11. Maintain a professional demeanor and provide exceptional customer service to all team members and customers.
12. Stay updated on the latest security and safety trends and techniques to continuously improve the store's security measures.
13. Collaborate with external law enforcement agencies when necessary to resolve security issues and incidents.
14. Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of security equipment and report any malfunctions to the appropriate authorities.
