1. Protect company assets including merchandise, property, and associates.
2. Monitor and patrol the store premises to identify potential security risks.
3. Utilize surveillance systems and other security equipment to proactively identify and prevent theft and loss.
4. Respond to and address any security incidents, including but not limited to theft, property damage, and safety hazards.
5. Collaborate with store management and other team members to develop and implement security strategies and protocols.
6. Conduct thorough investigations and gather evidence in cases of theft or other security incidents.
7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents and reports.
8. Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and law enforcement personnel.
9. Stay current on company policies, procedures, and security protocols.
10. Maintain a professional and customer-friendly demeanor at all times.
11. Attend trainings and meetings as required to enhance security skills and knowledge.
12. Report any safety or security concerns to management immediately.
13. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards and follow company guidelines.
14. Uphold a high level of integrity and ethical behavior in all interactions.
15. Communicate effectively with other team members and assist with any security-related tasks as needed.
