As a member of our Asset Protection team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our merchandise and customers.   1. Monitor and patrol the sales floor to detect and prevent theft, fraud, and other security threats.
  2. Identify and investigate suspicious behavior or activities by customers and employees.
  3. Collaborate with store management and law enforcement to handle security incidents and provide support for any necessary legal proceedings.
  4. Conduct thorough and accurate investigations of inventory discrepancies and report findings to the appropriate parties.
  5. Utilize surveillance technology, such as CCTV cameras, to monitor store activity and identify potential security risks.
  6. Train and educate store employees on proper security procedures and protocols to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized records of security incidents, investigations, and any other relevant information.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as Loss Prevention and Human Resources, to address and resolve any security or safety concerns.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns related to security.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in asset protection to continuously improve and enhance the security measures at the store.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Asset Protection Or Loss Prevention.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Security Systems And Surveillance Equipment.

  • Ability To Handle Stressful Situations And Make Quick Decisions In High-Pressure Environments.
