Asset Protection Detective

Macy's is seeking an experienced Asset Protection Detective to join our team. As the Asset Protection Detective, you will be responsible for the safety and security of our store and customers. Responsibilities:

3. Investigate cases of theft and fraud, and document findings according to company regulations.
4. Interact with law enforcement personnel in the event of a crime or suspicious activity.
5. Develop and implement safety procedures to ensure the security of customers and property.
6. Utilize surveillance equipment to detect potential theft and suspicious behavior.
7. Prepare detailed reports of criminal incidents and submit to upper management.
8. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with customers, employees, and law enforcement personnel.
9. Utilize conflict resolution techniques to diffuse potentially dangerous situations.
10. Remain up-to-date on all local laws and regulations related to store security.
