4. Collaborate with store management and other team members to identify and address any security concerns or vulnerabilities.
5. Utilize surveillance equipment and technology to monitor and track suspicious activity within the store.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with store employees to promote a team-oriented approach to asset protection.
7. Assist in the training of new employees on security protocols and procedures.
8. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all security-related incidents and investigations.
9. Act as a point of contact for law enforcement and cooperate with them in the event of an emergency or incident.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in security technology to continuously improve store security measures.
11. Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess the effectiveness of security protocols and make recommendations for improvements.
12. Communicate and enforce store policies and procedures related to asset protection to all employees.
13. Respond to and handle any security-related issues or emergencies in a calm and professional manner.
14. Serve as a role model for other employees by demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to the safety and security of the store.
