4. Collaborate with store management and fellow team members to develop and implement effective security procedures and protocols.

6. Interact with customers and team members in a professional and courteous manner, while enforcing store policies and procedures.
7. Monitor and control access to restricted areas, ensuring only authorized personnel have entry.
8. Assist in training new team members on security procedures and protocols.
9. Maintain accurate and organized records of incidents, investigations, and other security-related information.
10. Stay up-to-date with the latest security and loss prevention techniques and technologies.
11. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
12. Act as a liaison between store management and law enforcement in the event of a security incident.
13. Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ethical standards in all interactions and decisions.
14. Regularly communicate with store management regarding any security concerns or issues.
