8. Keep accurate records and reports of any security incidents, investigations, and actions taken.
9. Stay up-to-date on the latest security and loss prevention techniques and technologies.
10. Work closely with store leadership to develop and implement strategies to prevent loss and maintain a safe shopping environment.
11. Conduct employee bag checks and observe customer behavior to identify potential theft or fraud.
12. Communicate any security concerns or incidents to appropriate parties in a timely and professional manner.
13. Maintain a professional and customer-friendly demeanor while enforcing security policies.
14. Assist with emergency situations, such as medical emergencies or natural disasters.
15. Uphold the company's values and code of conduct while performing all job duties.
