11. Communicate effectively with customers and employees to provide a positive and welcoming experience while maintaining security standards.
12. Stay up-to-date on the latest security and theft prevention techniques and technologies.
13. Act as a liaison with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.
14. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
15. Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety and security.
