1. Monitor and maintain the safety and security of all merchandise, customers, and employees within the store premises.
2. Conduct regular patrols and surveillance to identify and prevent potential risks and threats.
3. Collaborate with store management and other associates to develop and implement security protocols and procedures.
4. Respond to any security incidents or emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
5. Conduct thorough and accurate investigations of any suspicious activities or incidents that occur on the premises.
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all security-related incidents and activities.
7. Monitor and analyze security footage to identify any potential issues or risks.
8. Assist in training and educating other associates on security protocols and procedures.
9. Work closely with law enforcement and external partners to address any security concerns.
10. Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in asset protection.
11. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.
12. Continuously assess and improve security measures to ensure the safety of all individuals and assets within the store.
13. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including management and team members.
14. Act as a role model for all associates by displaying a strong work ethic, honesty, and integrity.
15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
