Asset Protection Associate

1. Monitor and patrol the store premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other security threats.
2. Utilize surveillance systems and other security measures to identify and deter potential criminal activity.
3. Conduct thorough investigations of any reported incidents or suspicious behaviors.
4. Collaborate with store management and law enforcement to resolve security issues and apprehend suspects.
5. Train and educate store employees on security procedures and protocols.
6. Maintain accurate records of all security-related incidents and provide detailed reports as needed.
7. Proactively identify and address potential safety hazards in the store.
8. Monitor and control access to restricted areas of the store.
9. Respond promptly to any emergency situations, such as medical incidents or natural disasters.
10. Stay updated on the latest security and safety procedures and provide recommendations for improvement.
11. Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with any security-related concerns.
12. Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.
13. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding security and safety measures.
14. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
