  1. Greet and welcome customers and guests to Macy's in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and reception area.
  4. Assist in managing and coordinating schedules and appointments for team members.
  5. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages.
  6. Organize and maintain files and records in an accurate and timely manner.
  7. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the department.
  9. Assist in coordinating and planning department meetings and events.
  10. Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  11. Keep track of and report on department expenses.
  12. Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by the department manager.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  14. Display a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures within the department.
