At M&T Bank, we are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer with Salesforce expertise to join our team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and developing innovative solutions using Salesforce technology that meet business objectives. You must have an advanced understanding of Salesforce development and architecture, including Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and APIs. We are looking for a team player who is comfortable working across departments and can translate business requirements into technical solutions. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and develop innovative solutions using Salesforce technology that meet business objectives.
  2. Maintain an advanced understanding of Salesforce development and architecture, including Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and APIs.
  3. Collaborate with different departments to ensure successful implementation of technical solutions.
  4. Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  5. Monitor and support existing Salesforce applications.
  6. Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  7. Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
  8. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  9. Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce applications.
  10. Assist with system upgrades and enhancements.
