Responsibilities for Senior Finance Manager - Capital Planning:

1. Develop and maintain M&T Bank’s capital planning process.
2. Collaborate with Corporate Finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of capital plans.
3. Develop and implement best practices and processes related to capital planning and execution.
4. Develop and present capital plans to senior management and the Board of Directors.
5. Perform cost-benefit analyses on proposed capital investments.
6. Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
7. Develop and manage capital budgeting models.
8. Monitor market conditions and trends to identify potential risks and opportunities.
9. Provide guidance and advice on capital planning decisions.
10. Maintain and update knowledge of financial reporting regulations and requirements.
