Scrum Master - Kanban

The Scrum Master - Kanban will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and leading a project team to ensure successful delivery of software products.We are seeking a highly-motivated individual who is able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, has the ability to navigate complex challenges, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Coach, mentor, and lead a project team in the successful delivery of software products.
2. Implement Agile and Kanban principles to ensure successful project outcomes.
3. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to navigate complex challenges.
4. Lead teams to reach their highest potential and successful completion of projects.
5. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and guidance to ensure the successful completion of projects.
6. Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
7. Establish effective working relationships with stakeholders and team members.
8. Provide training and guidance on Agile and Kanban principles.
9. Monitor project progress and ensure teams are on track to reach their goals.
10. Identify and resolve project issues quickly and effectively.
