Regulatory Affairs Analyst- Exam Management

M&T Bank is seeking an experienced and motivated Regulatory Affairs Analyst- Exam Management to join our team. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert in the review and analysis of regulatory requests related to the bank's examinations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and have a strong understanding of banking regulations. Responsibilities:

1. Serve as a subject matter expert in the review and analysis of regulatory requests related to the bank's examinations.
2. Utilize knowledge of banking regulations and compliance rules to analyze, interpret, and apply complex regulatory requirements.
3. Effectively communicate with team members and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of regulatory requirements.
4. Monitor and review regulatory changes to ensure adherence to applicable regulations.
5. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with banking regulations and exam requirements.
6. Maintain and update records and documents related to regulatory examinations.
7. Provide guidance and support to other teams on regulatory compliance and exam management.
8. Utilize strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify and address potential issues related to regulatory compliance.
9. Create reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
