Lockbox Processor

In this role, you will be responsible for processing daily payments received through our lockbox services. Responsibilities:

1. Process daily payments received through lockbox services in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Ensure all payments are handled in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
3. Maintain and update customer information in the bank’s database.
4. Monitor customer accounts and address any discrepancies.
5. Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
6. Research and resolve any payment issues with customers.
7. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
8. Generate reports as needed.
9. Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
10. Provide excellent customer service at all times.
