1. Lead the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning initiatives.

3. Analyze and evaluate current learning operations and make improvements as needed.
4. Develop creative and innovative solutions to learning operations issues.
5. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
6. Provide training and support to colleagues.
7. Maintain accurate records of employee learning activities and results.
8. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in learning operations.
9. Develop presentations, brochures, and other materials to promote learning initiatives.
10. Remain organized and adhere to timelines and budget requirements.
