Investment Banking Analyst, Debt Capital Markets

In addition, the successful individual must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field• A minimum of 1-2 years of investment banking experience• Knowledge of debt capital markets products including, but not limited to, leveraged loans, high yield bonds, and structured products• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment• Ability to analyze data and make decisions with speed and accuracy• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to develop strong relationships with clients• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Bloomberg, and other financial analysis software• FINRA Series 79 & 63 required

Responsibilities:

1. Analyzing and interpreting data related to debt capital markets products, such as leveraged loans, high-yield bonds, and structured products.
2. Developing strong relationships with clients and maintaining professional communication with them.
3. Participating in financial analysis and securities issuance projects.
4. Working independently and with a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
5. Organizing and managing multiple projects and tasks.
6. Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, Bloomberg, and other financial analysis software to efficiently analyze and interpret data.
7. Adhering to FINRA Series 79 & 63 regulations.
8. Staying up-to-date on current market trends and regulations related to debt capital markets.
9. Providing recommendations and solutions to complex financial problems.
10. Engaging in strategic planning to ensure project success.
