Infrastructure Team Manager

M&T Bank is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Infrastructure Team as Manager. The successful candidate will be a key member of our IT team and be responsible for the daily operations, maintenance, and improvement of the infrastructure at M&T Bank. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical, communication, and leadership skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation.We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, as well as at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate must have experience managing IT infrastructure operations and a proven ability to troubleshoot technical problems. Responsibilities:

1. Manage the daily operations and maintenance of M&T Bank’s IT infrastructure.
2. Troubleshoot technical problems and ensure that systems are running smoothly and securely.
3. Coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Develop and implement strategies to improve the infrastructure’s efficiency and performance.
5. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
6. Monitor and analyze system performance and suggest necessary changes.
7. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and third-party organizations.
8. Mentor and train junior staff members.
9. Keep up with industry trends and technologies.
10. Develop policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the infrastructure.
