Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue objectives

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of sales professionals

• Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas of opportunity and develop solutions to maximize sales

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs

• Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful execution of sales strategies

• Analyze sales data to monitor performance and identify areas of improvement

• Develop and maintain a customer service-oriented culture

• Lead training and development activities for sales teams

• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer base

• Create reports on sales performance and present to senior management
