At M&T Bank, we are looking for an experienced and highly organized GCM Client Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the GCM Business Unit is providing a high level of service to our clients and meeting our compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in client service, experience working with regulatory compliance, and excellent communication skills. If you are a motivated self-starter that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, then we want to hear from you.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of two years of experience in client service, project management, and/or compliance. You must also possess a comprehensive understanding of the products and services offered by M&T Bank. Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, along with the ability to multi-task and work independently. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  2. Ensure compliance with all M&T Bank regulations and policies.
  3. Monitor and monitor client service performance and take corrective action as needed.
  4. Proactively identify and address customer service issues.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
  6. Monitor and review client account activity to ensure accuracy.
  7. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
  8. Prepare and submit reports to management.
  9. Track and analyze customer service metrics.
  10. Provide support to clients with product and service inquiries.
  11. Stay up-to-date on existing and emerging products and services.
  12. Maintain an organized workflow to ensure timely completion of tasks.
