Financial Advisor - Centralized

M&T Bank is looking for a talented and driven Financial Advisor to join our Centralized team. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and a passion for helping our clients achieve their financial goals.The successful candidate will advise clients on financial strategies, develop investment plans, and provide guidance on a variety of financial topics. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of investments, banking, taxation, and estate planning.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, plus at least three years of experience in the financial services industry. Responsibilities:

1. Advise clients on financial strategies, develop investment plans, and provide guidance on a variety of financial topics.
2. Analyze clients' financial goals to determine the best investment strategies and products.
3. Monitor clients' investments and portfolios to ensure that they are performing in line with their goals.
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, and provide excellent customer service.
5. Stay up to date with the latest developments in the financial services industry.
6. Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for clients.
7. Maintain a FINRA Series 6, 7, and 63 license or obtain the licenses within 90 days of hire.
