
Commercial Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with commercial clients by understanding their financial needs and objectives.
- Provide comprehensive financial solutions to commercial clients, including lending, investments, insurance, and cash management services.
- Conduct credit analyses and financial reviews to determine the creditworthiness of clients.
- Develop customized financial strategies and solutions to meet the needs of clients.
- Monitor the performance of clients’ accounts and provide timely updates to clients.
- Maintain high levels of customer service by responding quickly and effectively to client inquiries and concerns.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Stay current with banking regulations and industry trends.
