Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain relationships with commercial clients by understanding their financial needs and objectives.
  2. Provide comprehensive financial solutions to commercial clients, including lending, investments, insurance, and cash management services.
  3. Conduct credit analyses and financial reviews to determine the creditworthiness of clients.
  4. Develop customized financial strategies and solutions to meet the needs of clients.
  5. Monitor the performance of clients’ accounts and provide timely updates to clients.
  6. Maintain high levels of customer service by responding quickly and effectively to client inquiries and concerns.
  7. Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to identify potential sales opportunities.
  9. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  10. Stay current with banking regulations and industry trends.
