Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with commercial real estate clients and helping to grow our business.You must have at least five years of commercial real estate banking experience and a proven track record of success in originating, managing, and expanding relationships. An in-depth knowledge of loan origination and security documentation, as well as prior experience in asset-based lending, is a plus.Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic self-starter who is a strong communicator, a strategic problem solver, and a team player. 1. Develop and maintain relationships with commercial real estate clients.

7. Provide excellent customer service.
8. Actively participate in team meetings and initiatives.
9. Analyze financial statements and credit reports.
10. Monitor and report on loan performance.
