Commercial Portfolio Manager

Responsibilites:

1. Perform credit analysis and underwriting for commercial clients, assessing credit risk and making recommendations based on findings.
2. Manage and monitor commercial loan portfolios, ensuring compliance with lending regulations.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients and other stakeholders.
4. Prepare financial statements and reports to track the performance of the loan portfolios.
5. Monitor the market and economic conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities.
6. Identify cross-selling opportunities for the bank’s other products and services.
7. Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
8. Keep abreast of industry trends and developments.
9. Provide support to the loan origination team for underwriting and risk management.
10. Proactively identify and resolve issues and conflicts related to loan portfolios.
