Responsibilities:

1. Organizing, preparing, and processing closing documents and collateral records for M&T Bank customers.
2. Retaining and archiving banking documents and records in accordance with regulations and laws.
3. Maintaining accurate records and data for bank customers.
4. Resolving problems and answering customer inquiries related to closing and collateral records and retention.
5. Maintaining a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Working closely with other banking services teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
7. Utilizing banking regulations and practices to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
8. Working independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines and goals.
9. Adapting quickly to changes in customer needs and bank policies and procedures.
10. Assisting other team members with tasks and projects as needed.
