Job Description

As a Banking Services Line Manager at M&T Bank, you will be tasked with overseeing the daily operations of the banking services line. You will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Banking or Finance, at least five years of banking experience, and excellent communication skills.   1. Lead and manage a team of banking services staff.
  2. Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction to ensure customer needs are being met.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase the profitability of the banking services line.
  4. Maintain knowledge of banking regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  5. Oversee daily operations to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  6. Provide guidance and training to team members as needed.
  7. Develop and implement customer service standards and practices.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and guidance as needed.
  10. Develop and implement strategies for improving customer service.
