Audit Manager - Risk Management and Capital Planning

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement and maintain audit plans, procedures, and standards related to risk management and capital planning.
2. Manage and direct audit engagements and ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control systems, and identify areas of risk and improvement.
4. Design audit programs for specific operational control objectives and prepare reports on audit results.
5. Ensure compliance with applicable banking regulations and internal control systems.
6. Perform detailed risk assessments and identify opportunities for improvement.
7. Monitor, review, and provide feedback on the implementation of corrective actions.
8. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
9. Train and mentor audit staff in risk management and capital planning practices.
10. Prepare presentations and reports to the Director of Auditing on audit findings and recommendations.
