Associate Instructional Designer

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop learning solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives.
2. Utilize instructional design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, or Captivate) to create engaging learning experiences.
3. Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to develop effective learning experiences.
4. Collaborate effectively with different stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of learning solutions.
5. Research and analyze trends in the field of instructional design.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors to ensure successful implementation of learning solutions.
7. Monitor the effectiveness of learning solutions and suggest improvements when needed.
8. Create reports to evaluate the impact of learning solutions.
9. Update learning materials on a regular basis to ensure accuracy.
