Job Description

At LVMH, we are looking for an experienced leader to join our team as VP, Technology Operations, Quality Engineering & PMO. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our technology operations and quality engineering are in line with our standards and objectives, while also driving our PMO initiatives.We are looking for a candidate who has a proven track record of success in leading and managing complex projects, as well as a strong background in both quality engineering and technology operations. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be adept at managing and developing teams.If you are a forward-thinking, creative leader who is looking to take on an exciting new challenge, this position could be the perfect fit for you. Responsibilities:

-Ensure that technology operations and quality engineering are in line with corporate objectives

-Drive PMO initiatives

-Lead and manage complex projects

-Develop and manage teams

-Develop and maintain high standards of quality engineering and technology operations

-Collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects and initiatives are completed on schedule and within budget

-Identify and resolve any issues that may arise in the course of operations

-Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internally and externally

-Ensure that customer requirements are met in a timely manner

-Develop and implement strategies to improve operations and quality engineering processes

-Analyze and report on operations and quality engineering metrics
