Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Team Lead for our Client Services team at LVMH. As an ideal candidate, you should possess excellent people-management skills, the ability to interpret customer needs, and great organizational abilities. You should be proactive, confident, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You have the passion to analyze client feedback and use it to develop effective customer service strategies.We are looking for a team leader to take charge of our Client Services team and ensure outstanding customer service for our clients. You will be a key player in our organization, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty while meeting our business objectives. The ideal candidate possesses a positive attitude, a strong passion for customer service, and the ability to think strategically. To fulfill this role successfully, the following qualifications are required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of Client Services professionals to provide high-quality customer service.
  2. Develop customer service strategies based on customer feedback and analysis.
  3. Manage customer service operations, including handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and following up with customers.
  4. Monitor customer service performance to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Implement best practices and processes to improve customer service outcomes.
  6. Oversee training and development of team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service.
  7. Maintain strong relationships with customers to build loyalty and trust.
  8. Monitor customer service metrics and performance indicators to identify areas of improvement.
  9. Establish and enforce customer service standards and policies.
  10. Develop and implement customer service strategies to meet business objectives.
