Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of customer service personnel, providing direction and guidance in order to ensure superior customer service and a positive customer experience.
- Monitor customer service performance, provide feedback, and take corrective action as needed.
- Develop, implement, and maintain customer service policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Train and mentor customer service personnel in order to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Monitor customer inquiries and complaints, and take appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve customer service issues and concerns.
- Monitor customer service trends and make recommendations to management for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze customer service data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Develop and implement customer service initiatives with the goal of improving customer satisfaction.
