At LVMH, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Team Lead, Client Services to join our expanding team. Our ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, self-starter who is passionate about providing superior customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience. This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, flexibility, and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate prior experience in a customer service role with a proven track record of success. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to think on their feet. A strong knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and techniques is essential. The ideal candidate will also have experience in project management, problem solving, and data analysis. In addition, a degree in business or a related field will be advantageous.If you possess the necessary qualifications and have a passion for delivering world-class customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of customer service personnel, providing direction and guidance in order to ensure superior customer service and a positive customer experience.
  2. Monitor customer service performance, provide feedback, and take corrective action as needed.
  3. Develop, implement, and maintain customer service policies, procedures, and best practices.
  4. Train and mentor customer service personnel in order to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  5. Monitor customer inquiries and complaints, and take appropriate action to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Identify and resolve customer service issues and concerns.
  7. Monitor customer service trends and make recommendations to management for improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Analyze customer service data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  10. Develop and implement customer service initiatives with the goal of improving customer satisfaction.
