Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Team Lead, Client Services to join our dynamic team at LVMH. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, organized and passionate about providing exceptional client service. The successful candidate will be a confident leader, able to manage a team and take responsibility for the delivery of outstanding customer service. They will possess superior problem-solving skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years' customer service and team management experience, ideally in a similar environment. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and able to think on their feet. They will have strong attention to detail, be results-oriented and have a strong work ethic. The successful candidate must also have a genuine interest in keeping up to date with new technologies and client service practices.

  1. Lead and manage the Client Services team, ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service.
  2. Ensure that customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and guidance as required.
  4. Develop and implement procedures and processes to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  5. Train and mentor team members in customer service practices and procedures.
  6. Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action to resolve any issues.
  7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer loyalty and retention.
  8. Monitor trends in customer service, technology, and practices to ensure the team is up-to-date.
  9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  10. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
