Job Description

At LVMH, we’re looking for an experienced Team Lead in Client Services to join our team. You’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and leading a team of Client Service Representatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in customer service and team management, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of Client Service Representatives in providing exceptional customer service to LVMH clients
  2. Foster a customer-centric environment and ensure customer satisfaction
  3. Develop team members and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training
  4. Monitor and measure team performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address any performance gaps
  5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints
  6. Analyze customer feedback and develop initiatives to improve customer experience
  7. Track customer service metrics and report on performance
  8. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
  10. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
