Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in customer service, a successful track record of team leadership, and outstanding communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and supervise a team of customer service professionals to provide exceptional customer service and drive client satisfaction.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies for managing customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and building customer relationships.
  3. Monitor team performance and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
  4. Train and mentor team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
  6. Create and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
