Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced, dedicated, and proactive professional to join our team as Team Lead, Client Services at LVMH. This individual will be responsible for managing and developing a team of client services professionals and providing superior customer service to our clients.The ideal candidate must have five years of experience working in a customer service or client-facing role, along with a proven track record of successfully leading a team. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as sound problem-solving and organizational skills. Additionally, they should be able to quickly adapt to changing needs and prioritize their tasks accordingly.If you are passionate about customer service and have a keen eye for detail, then we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and develop a team of client services professionals.
  2. Provide superior customer service to clients.
  3. Communicate and collaborate effectively with other team leads and personnel.
  4. Identify and analyze customer needs and develop appropriate solutions.
  5. Implement strategies to improve customer service.
  6. Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action.
  7. Resolve customer service issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  8. Ensure adherence to customer service policies and procedures.
  9. Ensure customer service standards are met and exceeded.
  10. Track customer service performance and provide regular updates.
