The Team Lead, Client Services will be responsible for providing exemplary service to our clients, managing a team of customer service professionals, and developing strategies to help our clients succeed. Responsibilities:

-Provide superior client service and build relationships with clients -Manage a team of customer service professionals and develop strategies to help clients succeed -Monitor team performance and manage challenging customer service issues -Implement process and system improvements to enhance customer experience and service delivery -Analyze customer feedback and develop customer service strategies to ensure customer satisfaction -Develop and maintain customer service policies and procedures -Plan and coordinate customer service training programs -Develop and implement customer service metrics to measure success -Monitor customer service trends and propose changes to maximize customer satisfaction -Ensure compliance with applicable customer service regulations and laws
