Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the client services team to ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement strategies and processes to improve customer service operations.
- Train, develop, and motivate team members to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and make changes as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer service issues and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
- Provide regular performance updates to senior management and make recommendations for improvement.
- Create and maintain internal policies and procedures related to customer service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
- Oversee the implementation of new technologies to improve customer service operations.
- Analyze customer service data to measure customer satisfaction and identify trends.
