Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Team Lead, Client Services to join our team at LVMH. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who is a people-person, highly organized, and has a passion for problem-solving.As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading, managing and motivating a team of Client Services Representatives that provide superior customer service and support to our customers. You will be the go-to person to provide guidance and direction for the team to ensure that all customers have a positive experience.The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or related field, and a track record of leading and developing a team of customer service representatives. Additionally, the successful candidate will have an aptitude for problem-solving, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, manage and motivate a team of Client Services Representatives in providing superior customer service and support.
  2. Provide guidance and direction for the team to ensure customers have a positive experience.
  3. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  4. Monitor and report on the team's performance.
  5. Develop and implement customer service strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Train and support customer service representatives in their roles and responsibilities.
  7. Ensure customer service standards are maintained.
  8. Monitor customer feedback and develop strategies for improvement.
  9. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  10. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on customer service issues.
