You will be the go-to person to provide guidance and direction for the team to ensure that all customers have a positive experience.The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or related field, and a track record of leading and developing a team of customer service representatives. Additionally, the successful candidate will have an aptitude for problem-solving, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Responsibilities:
