Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Supply Planning Intern to join our team at LVMH. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience and develop skills in Supply Planning. This role will be part of a dynamic team and provide support to the Supply Planning Manager.To be successful in this role, you must have an analytical mind, excellent problem-solving skills, and an aptitude for working with numbers. You should be detail-oriented and able to work independently and as part of a team. You must also be able to manage multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines.You should have a degree in Supply Chain/Logistics Management, Business Management, or related field and have some experience in supply chain/logistics or planning. Knowledge of ERP systems and other data-driven software is a plus.You should have excellent communication skills and be able to interact professionally with colleagues from all levels of the organization. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Supply Planning Manager in developing and managing the company’s supply chain/logistics strategies.
  2. Analyze data and develop strategies to improve supply chain/logistics operations.
  3. Monitor supply chain/logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Track inventory levels and identify opportunities to optimize stock levels.
  5. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and other key stakeholders.
  7. Manage and improve data accuracy within ERP systems and other data-driven software.
  8. Assist in troubleshooting any supply chain/logistics problems.
  9. Prepare internal and external reports and presentations on Supply Planning.
  10. Assist in the development and implementation of new supply chain/logistics processes.

Compensation
