Job Description

At LVMH, we are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Store Loss Prevention Investigator to join our team. Our ideal candidate has a passion for problem-solving and impeccable communication skills. They must have a deep understanding of loss prevention and security, and the ability to identify areas of risk and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. The successful candidate will possess a combination of strong investigative and organizational skills, as well as excellent customer service skills.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of retail loss prevention experience and a high school diploma. They should also have a working knowledge of security systems and the ability to identify patterns in data to identify and reduce losses. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a valid driver's license and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. If you are an experienced loss prevention professional, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct investigations into store losses and identify areas of risk and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  2. Monitor store security systems and data patterns to identify and reduce losses.
  3. Maintain a working knowledge of loss prevention and security protocols.
  4. Provide excellent customer service to customers and store personnel.
  5. Remain alert to suspicious activities and report any potential losses to the store manager.
  6. Work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
  7. Remain up-to-date on current loss prevention practices and procedures.
  8. Monitor store personnel and customers for compliance with store policies and regulations.
  9. Train store personnel on loss prevention and security protocols.
  10. Enforce store policies and procedures to ensure the safety of customers and store personnel.
