Job Description

The LVMH Store Loss Prevention Investigator is responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our customers and employees. As a Loss Prevention Investigator, you will be a key member of the LVMH team, helping to protect our assets and investigate any potential losses. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, organized individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for protecting our customers and team. The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications: a minimum of 2 years of experience in loss prevention, strong communication and problem solving skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Investigate any potential losses and report findings to the Loss Prevention Manager.
  2. Monitor customers and employees for suspicious activity.
  3. Provide customer service to customers and ensure a secure shopping experience.
  4. Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
  5. Conduct regular inventory checks and audit store security systems.
  6. Develop and execute training programs for staff on loss prevention and safety procedures.
  7. Maintain detailed records of investigations and security incidents.
  8. Liaise with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
  9. Respond to emergency situations in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Provide feedback and recommendations to management on ways to improve store security.
