Job Description

At LVMH, we are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Store Loss Prevention Investigator. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating losses, theft, and fraud, and ensuring compliance with company policies.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think quickly and react to situations in a timely and effective manner. A background in law enforcement or experience in the retail loss prevention field is strongly preferred. We are seeking an individual who is organized and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively with store personnel and other departments.The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay current on industry trends. Responsibilities:

  1. Investigate losses, theft, and fraud incidents to ensure compliance with company policies.
  2. Utilize excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  3. Collaborate with store personnel and other departments to ensure the safety and security of the store.
  4. Remain current on industry trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
  5. Maintain and update records of investigations and company policies.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to prevent losses, theft, and fraud.
  7. Analyze store security data and identify patterns or trends.
  8. Monitor surveillance cameras and investigate any suspicious activity.
  9. Respond to emergency situations quickly and effectively.
  10. Train store personnel on loss prevention measures and procedures.
